Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. To insure that you get the service you want when you want it yes. Each stylist works their own schedule and has their phone number on their stylist page. Salon Austin stylists do take walk-ins when we can but, an appointment is the best and is only a phone call away. Sorry no e-mail appointments as we do not have a computer set up for that at the salon.

Q. Can I wash my hair before I come in for Hair color?
A. Always ask your stylist when you make the appointment, generally not.

Q. When can I wash my hair after a perm?
A. Always ask your stylist, usually it is good to give your hair 48 hours to reattach the bonds broken in the processing.

Q.Does waxing hurt?
A. Yes but not as much as you might think, ask about a test to see if it is for you. It hurts a lot less than the tatoo you have and it will even help it show up better!

Q. Do I have to get naked to get a full body massage?
A. Yes, and No, the blood flow is not as good with clothing as it gets in the way of the massage. You will be properly draped in respect of your privacy. You may wear underwear if you would feel more comfortable.
